With the brand new year comes brand new resolutions to strive toward. Whether it’s working out every day or drinking more water, studies have shown that it takes a minimum of 90 days for you to create a habit. Once you’ve got that habit down, you’re much more likely to stick to it. I’ve created this 90 Day Goal Tracker Free File that is perfect for keeping track of your new good decisions. You’ve totally got this!
I designed the 90 Day Habit Tracker to fit on a page of 4″ x 3″ labels from OnlineLabels.com. Each sheet has six labels to a page so you’re sure to have enough to track your new good habits. Since they’re stickers, you can place the labels anywhere you need a quick reminder to stay true to your resolutions.
After you’ve printed out the paper trackers, you’ll see that there’s a section where you can fill in the habit you want to track. These are so quick and easy to print and use that you fill out one for every resolution you have!
To use the 90 Day Goal Tracker, just place the sticker either in a journal, folder, or object and use colored pens to track each day. I got these cute gel pens in the dollar section of Target and they’re the perfect splash of color. I decided to add my water intake log to a little journal I’ll be using as a daily journal. I wanted to add some decorations around the edge so I placed the label smack in the middle of the page. If I was trying to conserve space, I could have easily placed two side by side on one page. I even considered placing one on a water bottle!
Hope this 90 Day Habit Tracker comes in handy for all your big New Year’s resolutions. Best of luck!
