The first day of summer was just a few days ago but before you know it you’ll be filling new backpacks with school supplies as you send the kids back to school. We like to send a book for the teacher on the first day of school so I made these teacher bookplates to also include in our little “glad to be in your class” gift. Whether you want to give these as a teacher’s gift or you’re a teacher and need new bookplates, these editable PDFs can be customized to fit your needs.
Making these teacher bookplates really couldn’t be any easier! Just grab a few pages of arched labels from OnlineLabels.com, use the free file found below to add your desired name, and then just print. I’m a huge fan of all the labels from OnlineLabels.com but these arched labels are some of my absolute favorite. They’re incredibly versatile to design with and always end up looking great.
I rarely design labels to be printed out with a black background but I was trying to mimic the look of chalkboard for these teacher bookplates and it turns out, I love the way the black looks! I think it really makes the bookworm image and white letters pop.
I hope you find these teacher bookplates useful as either a gift for your teacher or for yourself. The extra large size and clearly visible letters means they’re perfectly suited for any elementary teacher!
