Drink and Dessert Table Decorated for Halloween

October is in full swing and so are the festive parties that come with the season. If you’re looking for Halloween party table inspiration, then you’ve come to the right place! Today’s post is going to show you how to easily style a Halloween table for your desserts and drinks while using our favorite OnlineLabels.com products. This year, we went with a black and white theme that will fit anyone’s home decor scheme. Even if that means adding your own pops of colors. Let’s get started with this ghoulish setup!

Halloween Dessert and Drink Table

Find a table or piece of furniture where you can set up your desserts and drink. Get creative and think outside of the box. This particular table happens to be a small cabinet in my living room. By placing the desserts and specialty drink in here, it allows my guests to flow throughout my home and prevents them from staying in one area the whole time. Now, it’s time for all the details that will make your Halloween table stand out among the rest.

Getting Started With the Book Page Banner

Start layering your decor pieces. For example, I placed a black runner down the center of the cabinet with an old window adorned with faux spider webs against the wall. We’re already off to a spooktacular start! Add even more details to your window or above the table by hanging this book page banner. Head to your nearest thrift shop and purchase an old book. Using pages ripped out of the book, stick one Halloween label per page and attach to a string. You’ll need to print the free download and cut out each image before sticking to the pages.

Bats for the Wall

Create even more dimension by placing black bats on the wall above the table. These add so much character and eye appeal to space instantly! There are two options when attaching the bats to the wall. You can either use removable labels and stick them directly to the wall or you can use cardstock and tape them to the wall. By using cardstock, you can fold the wings out for a 3D effect.

Spider Web

What’s Halloween without creepy spiders and spider webs? Besides the faux web you used on the window, you can create the ultimate spider web on any part of the wall using chalkboard labels. Why chalkboard labels? For the rich, black color they provide so that the web will stand out. You’ll need at least two full chalkboard label sheets and cut them into thin strips. Apply them to the wall and cut as you go along to create the spider web design. Use mine as a guide!

Decorative Drink Cups

When it comes to your guests enjoying a festive drink, like a black magic sangria, you want an equally as festive cup. Attach waterproof labels to the front of the cups for an instant transformation. Don’t forget the straws! Place them in a potion bottle next to the drink and cups with a Halloween-themed label attached to the front. You can download both sets of labels below to use on your cups and potion bottle. They continue the spooky black and white vintage theme.

Cupcake Toppers

Cupcakes are a Halloween party must. Really, for any party. But you can’t have just any cupcake sitting on your dessert table. Using cupcakes with vanilla icing, sprinkle very fine black sprinkles on top and place a Halloween topper right in the middle. You’ll need two labels per topper in order to create a dramatic effect. Stick two labels together with one end of a toothpick between the labels.

Additional Decor

Halloween Dessert and Drink Table

Create a gorgeous themed table by placing additional black and white Halloween decor items throughout. For example, white and black pumpkins, crows, black owls, and extra potion bottles. Choose plates that match your black and white theme. Also, get creative in the kitchen! Think of all of the black and white desserts you can create. Here’s an extra set of labels you can use on bottles, containers, or any other decor items you need them for.

Remember to keep it simple! Too much of a good thing can be, well, too much. Don’t put all of the desserts and drinks out at once. Replenish the items throughout the night so that it stays fresh and it allows you to have a smaller space to decorate. This will give you so many more areas and options within your home to use as your drink and dessert table. The added bonus? Once all of the drinks and desserts are gone, you have a festive table that you can keep up with the party as home decor. That’s exactly what I’ll be doing. Happy creating!
