Halloween is such a fun time of year. Costumes, parties and, of course, treats! I’ve come up with an easy treat bag to make and giveaway for class parties or to friends who come over before trick-or-treating. Honestly, who doesn’t love s’mores? I’ve given the kit a little Halloween twist by switching out a basic marshmallow and instead include ghost, cat and pumpkin Peeps.
I’ve also designed tags with Onlinelabels.com’s Maestro Label Designer. I used some of their clipart to make these designs. They even had this spooky font “Creepster,” which went perfectly with the theme. What I love most about this designer is that you don’t have to download it on your computer. It’s an online tool. It also saves all of your work so you can come back to work on your projects again and again. When designing these tags, I wanted to keep them simple so they didn’t distract from the treat bags themselves.
So, here is how I did it:
- Halloween Peeps
- Chocolate bars
- Graham crackers
- Candy corn
- Treat bag (these are from Party City)
- OL3491KW – White Cardstock – 2″ x 2″ Square Printable Tag
- Free Downloadable Printable
Step 1: Print out your free printable on your home computer.
Step 2: Fill the treat bag with graham crackers, chocolate, and candy corn. Then, carefully place your Peeps in the bag.
Step 3: Tie the bag with the ribbon and the tag.
That’s it. Told you it was easy. Now that you have this done, what are you going to dress up as for Halloween?
