I’m going over to my mom’s house this weekend and a lot of family will be over there. I thought I’d make a special dessert for everyone — no-bake cheesecake in a jar. Because everyone has different tastes, I wanted to make a variety of options so people can take their pick.
I love this no-bake recipe. It’s summer and so extremely hot outside. I don’t want to turn on my oven if I don’t have to.
I hope you enjoy this recipe. Trust me, it’s yummy! Enjoy!
- Key Lime
You can make one or make all. It’s up to you, of course.
What’s great about these flavored cheesecakes is that they all use the same cream cheese/yogurt base and graham cracker crust.
This recipe makes 5 single servings.
- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 Tbsp of melted butter
Step 1: Crush your graham crackers using a food processor or by placing it in a zip lock back and crushing them with a hammer or your hands.
Step 2: Stir the melted butter into the crushed graham crackers. (Note: You can put more butter in if you like. I personally try to minimize as much sugar/fat as possible. I just put enough butter in to make the crust a little more packable.)
Step 3: Set aside.
Cream Cheese Base Ingredients:

Step 2: Place in refrigerator while you are making the toppings.
Key Lime Pie Cheesecake Ingredients:

Key Lime Pie Cheesecake Instructions:
Step 1: Pour your key lime juice into your cream cheese base. Pour it in tbsp by tbsp and keep tasting as you do so.
Blueberry Topping Ingredients:

Step 2: Place the purée and the rest of the blueberries, lemon juice and sugar into a pot and let it simmer. The juices and flavors of the berries will come out.

Strawberry Topping Ingredients:
- 3/4 pint of strawberries
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1/3 cup of water
Strawberry Topping Instructions:

Step 2: Place in a pot. Add vanilla and water.
Step 3: Let simmer.
Step 4: Place in refrigerator until it’s cool.
Step 1: Spoon graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of a jar.
Step 2: Spoon in cheesecake filling on top of crust.
Step 3: Spoon topping on top of cheesecake filling.
Step 4: Add whip cream on top.
Step 5: Garnish with slice of lime, blueberries or sliced strawberry.
Step 6: Download and print out labels using OL5375.
Step 7: Place labels on jar. I decided to place the labels on top of the lid because I love how the layers in the jar look.
